Style File Aquilano, Rimondi Land At Fay 18 May 2011, 2:51 pm News of designers leaving is more common at the moment than designers arriving, but the recently dispossessed Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi (above, with Andrea Della Valle), who lately parted company with Gianfranco Ferré, have a new home. Tod’s Group announced today that the pair—who worked together not only at Ferré but also at Malo and their own labels, Aquilano.Rimondi and 6267—will be collaborating with Fay. Their first collection for the label, for Spring ‘12, will be shown during Milan fashion week in September.
