Focus Features is backing Moonrise Kingdom, the latest from the Royal Tenenbaums and Rushmore director. The film, which will be shot this summer in Rhode Island, stars a pair of young unknown actors as a teenage couple that runs away to elope. In the supporting cast, some known actors: Bruce Willis, Frances McDormand, Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman, and (fashion folk, hold your breath) Tilda Swinton. It’s a return to form for the house: Founder Jeanne Lanvin spent part of her early career making pieces for mothers and daughters (a sketch of some of her children’s designs from 1929 is above).
